European Tour Update

We are into day six of our European Tour already. Time is flying by.

Day one we landed in Budapest, Hungary and were scheduled to drive to Oradea in Romania for our first concert. Unfortunately our bus got hit just outside Budapest, no-one was injured but it led to a 6 hour delay - the crowd ended up helping us load the gear into the venue. All three concerts in Romania were attended by incredibly enthusiastic fans - probably the most enthusiastic we have ever played to. Cluj in particular will long stick in the memory.

We met a young lady in Cluj named Lidia. Lidia was hanging around after the concert around the back of the auditorium. Our manager, Trevor King, approached her and she said she just wanted a photo with Ernie or some of the guys because she loved their music. We found out Lidia hadn't been at the concert because she couldn't afford a ticket. The economy in Romania is tough, but she wanted to come afterwards and get her photo taken with the guys she loved.

We gave her some CD's, she got her picture taken with everyone and we even made her a little private video the next day and sent it to her. She really touched us with her big smile and her tears when she met Ernie. We'll remember her for a long time ...

After the three Romania events we flew to Newcastle in England to play nearby Stockton on Tees. Another amazing night was in store and we did some selections that we rarely do. Ernie led things in a great direction and it was an amazing night of praise.

Yesterday we enjoyed a well deserved break in London and today we have a media day at UCB in Stoke. Tomorrow is an early start and we fly to Riga Latvia for tomorrow nights show. Keep us in your prayers!
